The Educational Programme of the National Centre of Folklore and Popular Culture offers services and resources to provide support to educators when creating alternatives for the study of folklore and popular culture, raising questions, proposing topics or revealing new approaches to classroom subjects.
The Centre also seeks to contribute to renewing school research, investing in substituting copy and paste by the curious search for information, comparing ideas and exercising the interpretation.
In addition to teaching assistance, there is the opportunity of travelling projects that stay a month or so in the schools. The projects can be requested by teachers after they have attended a meeting previously scheduled with the staff from the Cultural Dissemination sector.
