An educational project idealised in 1993 to show what happens behind the scenes of a museum, to have the experience of setting up an exhibition, ranging from field research and bibliography to the final exhibition, preferably open to the community, for parents and students from other schools to visit it.
The project consisting of objects, panels, showcases and research support material, also intends that, by looking around, the groups incorporate new studies and collections that are close to them, thereby extending the notions of folklore and popular culture, demystifying the museum concept and its "sacred" and "untouchable" objects and so that each exhibition when being set up acquires its own features.
There are three thematic modules - Art / handicraft, Festival and Work -, although currently the first two are not available because they are in the course of being restored.
